Simplex Infrastructures net profit declined 20.93% to Rs 29.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 36.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 32.52% to Rs 1782.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 1345.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 27.63% to Rs 89.19 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 123.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 25.65% to Rs 5870.60 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 4672.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
