DLF net profit declined 60.53% to Rs 290.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 736.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 16.42% to Rs 985.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 846.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 17.94% to Rs 1041.78 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 1269.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 19.73% to Rs 3491.32 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 2916.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
