Housing Development & Infrastructure net profit declines 51.01% in the March 2012 quarter

Sales decline 68.30% to Rs 167.17 crore

Housing Development & Infrastructure net profit declined 51.01% to Rs 96.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 197.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales declined 68.30% to Rs 167.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 527.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 56.83% to Rs 386.97 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 896.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 49.62% to Rs 917.42 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 1821.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
