Sun TV Network net profit declined 23.67% to Rs 159.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 208.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales declined 7.27% to Rs 427.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 460.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 10.05% to Rs 694.65 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 772.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 8.65% to Rs 1757.37 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 1923.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
