Jet Airways (India) reports net loss of Rs 298.12 crore in the March 2012 quarter

Sales rise 27.37% to Rs 4026.76 crore

Jet Airways (India) reported net loss to Rs 298.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against net loss of Rs 124.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 27.37% to Rs 4026.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 3161.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.

For the Audited full year,net loss reported to Rs 1236.10 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against net profit of Rs 9.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 17.64% to Rs 14689.62 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 12486.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
