Essar Oil reports net loss of Rs 515.00 crore in the March 2012 quarter
Sales rise 31.54% to Rs 17514.00 crore
Essar Oil reported net loss of Rs 515.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against net profit of Rs 321.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 31.54% to Rs 17514.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 13315.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
For the audited full year, net loss reported to Rs 4199.00 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against net profit of Rs 654.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 23.96% to Rs 58248.00 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 46988.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
