Saurashtra Cement reports net profit of Rs 17.26 crore in the March 2012 quarter
Sales decline 4.40% to Rs 125.06 crore
Saurashtra Cement reported net profit of Rs 17.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against net loss of Rs 25.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales declined 4.40% to Rs 125.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 130.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
For the audited full year, net loss reported to Rs 19.09 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against net loss of Rs 57.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 10.96% to Rs 431.76 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 389.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
