Net profit of Godrej Properties declined 19.34% to Rs 31.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 39.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales declined 71.04% to Rs 63.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 220.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.

For the audited full year, net profit declined 23.35% to Rs 81.36 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 106.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 10.28% to Rs 313.56 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 284.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
