Net profit of Asian Star Company rose 59.09% to Rs 9.10 crore in the quarter ended June 2011 as against Rs 5.72 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2010. Sales rose 8.38% to Rs 423.60 crore in the quarter ended June 2011 as against Rs 390.86 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2010.
