Net profit of Jagran Prakashan rose 15.67% to Rs 42.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 36.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010. Sales rose 18.72% to Rs 275.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 232.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010.

For the audited full year, net profit rose 17.02% to Rs 205.83 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 175.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2010. Sales rose 17.54% to Rs 1090.11 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 927.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2010.
