Rain Commodities reported net loss of Rs 186.03 crore in the year ended December 2010. Sales reported to Rs 332.48 crore in the year ended December 2010. As per the scheme of arrangement, the company transferred its cement business to Rain Cements Ltd with effect from 01 April 2010. Hence, the current full year ended December 2010 is not comparable with the previous full year ended December 2009.
