Net profit of Simplex Infrastructures rose 53.82% to Rs 45.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2010 as against Rs 29.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2009. Sales declined 9.71% to Rs 1250.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2010 as against Rs 1385.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2009.

For the audited full year, net profit rose 1.49% to Rs 122.60 crore in the year ended March 2010 as against Rs 120.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2009. Sales declined 5.13% to Rs 4447.55 crore in the year ended March 2010 as against Rs 4688.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2009.
