Net profit of Piramal Healthcare rose 317.16% to Rs 112.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 26.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007. Sales rose 33.74% to Rs 516.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 386.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007.

For the full year, net profit rose 60.12% to Rs 301.48 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 188.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2007. Sales rose 17.84% to Rs 1930.02 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 1637.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2007.
