MMTC notched up volume of 3.57 lakh shares, a 4.91-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 73,000 shares. The stock rose 0.76% to Rs 753.

Nestle India clocked volume of 42,000 shares, a 4.38-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock fell 0.41% to Rs 4,515.

State Trading Corporation of India (STC) clocked volume of 2.39 lakh shares, a 3.32-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 72,000 shares. The stock lost 1.63% to Rs 271.

Hindustan Copper clocked volume of 2.61 lakh shares, a 2.08-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 1.25 lakh shares. The stock fell 1.33% to Rs 260.25.
